Building on the idea of an open call, Third Party. Shareholder project was announced in February 2025. An artist assistant was selected and a group of sculptural objects was dedicated to them. The assistant's responsibilities include becoming part of the piece as well as its legal co-owner and co-author. In the event of the work being sold, the assistant will receive a portion of the proceeds (See Appendix 2).

Job Description
We are looking for an Artist Assistant. Krišjānis Beļavskis within the project Third Party Shareholder will produce an artwork dedicated to Artist Assistant and only Artist Assistant. The Artist Assistant will become a legal shareholder of the artwork (details below) and an integral part of the artwork (details below). The Artist Assistant is expected to accept the dedication of the artwork to them and have a meeting with the Event Organiser (Artist) twice a month from March through June (a total of 8 meetings) on a mutually agreed schedule.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications required. Preference will be given to candidates with distinctive or memorable names.

Remuneration
The Artist Assistant will be recognized as a co-author and will hold a share of the artwork produced within the project Third Party Shareholder. If the artwork is sold, the Artist Assistant will receive a percentage of the total sale price: see below (details to be discussed before signing the contract)

Legal Status
If the artwork produced within the project Third Party Shareholder is sold, the Artist Assistant is not sold along with it and remains a free individual and citizen of their respective country.

Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. The selected candidate will sign a contract with the Event Organiser (Artist) before starting the role.

Photographs and video footage may be taken throughout project Third Party Shareholder and used for marketing and publicity, including publications, websites, social media, or third-party platforms. If you have any further concerns, do not contact the Event Organiser (Artist).

Mixed media installation. Dimensions variable. Seperate objects: Variant 1 (paper, wood, aluminium) 62 × 28 × 71 cm, Variant 2 (aluminium) 29 × 12 × 7 cm, Variant 4 (concrete) 320 × 165 × 70 cm. Two channel video, 3840 × 2160 px, 2'40". Bureaucratic attachment (paper, steel).
