Group show at PAiR, Pāvilosta, Latvia
    16.08.2024 – 30.09.2024

In spring 2024, POST, hosted by Dolomiti Contemporanee and guided by artists Nicola Lorini and Kristaps Ancāns, traveled to the Dolomites in Italy to explore sites and narratives found in the mountains. From an abandoned modernist vacation village built by an energy company, to the site of the 1956 Olympic Games, ideas surrounding utopia and the different settings in which it is embedded were explored. Discoveries of these sites are now brought to a new context – Pāvilosta and PAiR*, where POST, together with Nicola Lorini, have spent time reflecting on their experiences in the Dolomites, as well as discovering local surroundings and the community.

Participating artists: Laura Aizporiete, Krišjānis Beļavskis, Katrīna Laura Biksone, Kristers Krūms, Lauma Muižarāja, Dena Dolores Sircova, Ieva Viese, Spāre Vītola, Nicola Lorini, Artūrs Arnis, Kristaps Ancāns, Kaspars Groševs, Amanda Ziemele.
